General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the ddkk platform and all its associated services. By accessing the ddkk website or using its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2.3 Identity Verification

ddkk reserves the right to verify a user's identity when necessary. Deposit and withdrawal activities may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Failure to provide valid identification may result in account closure.

Age Restrictions

By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age and that you are using this platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes. ddkk may request valid identification to verify age at any time.

If it is found that a user created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on ddkk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum amount per deposit is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If you encounter any issue during the deposit process, contact the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not completed.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be made on the same day.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

ddkk follows strict policies to prevent money laundering, fraud, and other illegal financial activities. In the case of suspicious transactions, ddkk reserves the right to investigate the account and may suspend transactions if necessary.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user will receive only one welcome bonus.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine play only.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• If bonus abuse is proven, ddkk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• Other promotional offers may have separate terms.
• The terms of promotional offers may change at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

ddkk's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on gaming activity. ddkk reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the ddkk platform are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from game providers. The outcome of every game is completely random and impartial.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ddkk platform:

• Playing using any kind of software, bots, or automated tools.
• Using unfair methods to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by sharing account information with other users.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Gaining gaming advantages through multiple accounts.

If such activities are detected, ddkk reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit all balances.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical issue occurs during a game, ddkk will make a decision after investigation. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error in a game, that round may be declared void.

Account Suspension

8.1 Suspension by ddkk

ddkk reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Attempting to access the system through unauthorized methods.
• For legal reasons or at the direction of authorities.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before making this request, all withdrawable balance should be withdrawn. To reactivate a closed account, the user must contact the support team.

Intellectual Property

The ddkk website, logo, brand materials, graphics, software, content, and all related materials are the intellectual property of ddkk and its licensors.

• No content from ddkk may be copied, distributed, or republished without written permission.
• Game content is the property of the respective game provider and their individual terms apply.
• Viewing content in limited amounts for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Prior written permission must be obtained before using ddkk's trademarks or logo for any purpose.
